Pipe locator PCE-186 CB
Cable finder with voltage tester / Non-conducting probe tip / Headphone jack / RJ-11 Plug with crocodile clamps / For line break detection / For non-live cables / Transport bag
The cable finder PCE-186 CB consists of a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter of the line finder has many functions. For example, the line finder can be used to find wires in walls or break cables. Another function of the line finder is the testing of telephone sockets. To do this, the RJ-11 connector must be plugged into the telephone socket to be tested. The transmitter of the line finder signals an incoming call based on the LEDs. This feature does not require a phone for verification.
In addition to these functions, the line finder has a multimeter function. This allows AC voltages and DC voltages up to 1000 VDC to be measured. Furthermore, resistance measurements and continuity measurements are possible. Because of this variety of functions, the line finder is an optimal helper for maintenance and repair work on cables.
