With the Bluetooth wood timber moisture meter, up to 44 different types of wood can be checked for their moisture content. These include 36 hardwoods and 8 conifers, such as beech, spruce, pine and maple. The measured value can be up to 150% moisture in relation to the dry matter. In order to obtain the most precise measurement possible, the Bluetooth timber moisture meter has both automatic and manual temperature compensation between -20 ... 50°C / -4 ... 122°F. In order to carry out a measurement, a pair of measuring tips is first knocked into the wood with the help of the ram electrode on the Bluetooth timber moisture meter.
