The trade approved scale is calibratable, and also initially calibrated, designed for mobile applications and having a U-shaped design. The size and measurements of the calibrated trade approved scale is accordant to European standard pallet scales (1200 x 800 mm). The U-shape of the trade approved scale allows easy positioning of EU standard pallets on the scale, preferably with a forklift. This trade approved scale is lacquered with steel. In order to maintain flexible application of the trade approved scale, it features two rollers and a handle, thus the trade approved scale can be mounted and dismounted easily and quickly at different locations.

The measured data can be easily read from the separate display (connected to a 3.0 m cable). The separate pallet display features a 3.0 m long cable, so that it can be placed on a table or mounted to a wall or placed on a stand. Functions that the trade approved scale support are: unit counter, max./min. weighing, composition weighing, percentage weighing, average weight determination, summation function, tare weighing data storage, adjustable RS-232 interface. The bi-directional RS-232 interface can be used to transfer the weighing data to a computer or printer.
