The coating thickness gauge is a measuring device for non-destructive measurement of coatings (varnishes, paints, plastics …) on steel / iron and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to the externally connected sensor on the coating thickness gauge, measuring points that are difficult to access can also be easily reached.

Measuring range: Fe: 0 … 500 µm, NFe: 0 … 500 µm
Accuracy after foil calibration: ±(1% of reading + 1 µm)
For many materials such as: iron, steel, aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel
The Coating Thickness Gauge has a globally unique measuring probe that can be swiveled through 90°, enabling precise coating thickness measurements at any time. Thanks to its compact design and low weight, the Coating Thickness Gauge is barely larger than a measuring probe and is therefore ideal for on-site applications in hard-to-reach places.
