In relation to the sale of batteries, accumulators or devices powered by batteries or accumulators and according to the directive 2006/66/EC on batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators, as a seller we are obliged to inform our customers about the relevant regulations and obligations:

Used batteries must not be disposed of as household waste. Consumers are obliged by law to give batteries to an appropriate commercial or municipal collection point which is free of charge for the consumer. You can also send your used (rechargeable) batteries back to us, stamped and to the following address:

Used batteries may contain pollutants or heavy metals which can harm the environment and human health. Moreover, batteries contain valuable raw materials which can be recycled. Thank you for protecting our environment.

The bin symbol means: (Rechargeable) batteries must not be disposed of as household waste.

We offer a variety of payment options:* 1. Money transfer This is a regular bank transfer, you must complete it after the order confirmation, either through the form at your bank or online. Please do not forget to specify the order number in the transfer, because only then can it be uniquely associated with your order. Depending on the bank, it takes about 1 to 3 days (from abroad even longer) until the money arrives at our bank. For transfers from abroad, additional charges may occur. 2. PayPal What is PayPal? PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay at online stores safely, easily and quickly and for free. Safe: Your bank or credit card details are stored only on PayPal. Therefore, they are not transmitted over the Internet during your online shopping. Simple: You will pay in two clicks. Because you rely on your bank deposit with PayPal, you will not need to enter your credit card details for each purchase. Fast: PayPal payments are quick. Then the seller can ship the goods immediately. Login to PayPal for immediate use: • Create a PayPal account on www.paypal.com • Attach your bank account or your Debit/Credit Card to your PayPal account. • And you can pay with PayPal. 3. Debit Card / Credit Card It is easy to pay with your Debit or Credit Card. There are no excess charges for this service. Your data is securely protected using our secure server. Your Debit or Credit Card will be charged immediately after purchase. 4. Invoice Payment by invoice is only for companies, public authorities, educational facilities, universities and other public institutions. After the payment your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, no later than the following working day. There are possible additional costs in the form of tariffs or import taxes for deliveries to countries outside the UK to be paid by the customer.

Once you have found the product you want please select the option for “ADD TO CART” which will add the product to your shopping basket. The contents of your shopping basket can be viewed at any time and once an item is in there it is not necessary that that item must be bought, as items can be removed at any time by selecting the “REMOVE” box which is listed behind the product in the basket. If you wish to purchase the items in your basket then please select the “CHECKOUT” option. Here, you will be prompted to enter you personal data and choices of payment and to accept our terms and conditions. You can cancel the order process at any point or select the option “ORDER” to complete your order, if you wish to change anything on your order you can always go back by using your browsers back button.

Conclusion of Contract

The price of our products in our shop is not a legally binding offer but in fact a non-catalogue. After you have entered your personal data and agreed to our terms and conditions then you have entered into a binding contract to purchase our products. After the goods are purchased an order confirmation is dispatched immediately, however the contract is not complete until we have received confirmation of delivery.
