Electrical Tester with 1 m (3.3 ft) cable / measurement range ±99.9 mA DC / manual zero point /
battery life of approx. 40 hours / automatic power off / clamp opening Ø 5 mm /
accuracy of ±0.3% of rdg.
The electrical tester has a measurement range of ±99.9 mA DC. With an accuracy of 0.3% of rdg. +8 digits, the electrical tester is a particularly accurate measuring instrument. In order to conveniently perform measurements with the electrical tester, the current clamp itself is connected to a 1 meter / 3.3 ft cable. The current clamp can thus be attached to the cable to be measured. The electrical tester can be conveniently placed aside at the workplace. This leaves both hands free while reading the measured values, for example to carry out adjustments or configurations on the process technology. Due to the high accuracy and the external sensor, the electrical tester is ideally suited to make quick and reliable current measurements when process signals are involved.
In order to carry out a current measurement, the current clamp of the electrical tester must be clamped around the cable to be checked. This allows the electrical tester to measure the flowing current inductively. This has the particular advantage that a current measurement can be carried out during operation with the electrical tester.
For improved visibility, the electrical tester is equipped with an LED. With the LED of the electrical tester, the measuring spot can be ideally illuminated.
