The universal measuring transducer and millivolt signals offer a wide range of configuration options for converting signals. The output signal can be selected between 4 ... 20 mA and 0 ... 10 VDC can be selected. Configurable for measuring load cells in the range 0 ... 5 mV to 0 ... 80 mV, also with bipolar ranges from ±5 mV to ±80 mV. It also provides an excitation voltage of +5 VDC to supply the load cell. The universal measuring transducer has a universal power supply from 18 to 265 VAC/DC and isolation between input, output and current circuits.
The input and output signal ranges are customizable via a keypad with front display. The universal measuring transducer has a "password" function to block unauthorized access to the configuration menu. It also has an "SOS" mode to assist with critical maintenance and repair work without interfering with the manufacturing process. Designed for industrial use, with potential integration into a wide range of applications.
Configurable information messages (tare value, mV at terminals, input signal value, output signal value, configured label, signal percentage, process value, excitation voltage value and excitation current value). Manual "force" functions for generating low and high output signals to validate the remote instrumentation during installation.
