Consumers can revoke their contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods have been delivered to you before the expiry of this period - also by returning the goods. This also applies if there is a defect or if a product does not work as you expect it to or if the wrong device was delivered by mistake. In this case please contact our customer service by mail or phone. Our complaints department will take care of the fastest possible handling.
We will pay the return shipping costs in the event of a complaint, unless the damage to the device was caused by you. In case of a withdrawal within 14 days, without reason, the consumer bears the return costs himself.
