The PCE-ST 1 temperature meter is a handheld digital device to measure temperature in the food sector, as for instance in meat, sausage, cheese, tomatoes, etc., thanks to its 120 mm / 4.7 in stainless steel probe. The temperature meter is very easy to use, with small dimensions and short response time.
With the temperature meter it is possible to determine the humidity, ambient, wet bulb and dew point temperature. Measurements up to 60 °C are possible with the temperature meter. The temperature meter can therefore be used universally because of its various measuring functions to determine the ambient conditions.

The Temperature Meter PCE-P18S measures air humidity and air temperature. The Temperature Meter calculates the dew point and the absolute humidity from these two values. The measurement data from the Temperature Meter are output via the Modbus RTU interface.
